The Great Commission – “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” – is the foundation for the outreach ministry at Bible Baptist Church.

Bible Baptist is committed to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth – beginning right here in our community. We seek to fulfill the Great Commission in our community through various means:

  • VBS
  • S.O.S (Servants Outreach Saturdays)
  • Outreach Training

Bible Baptist Church’s Outreach Pastor, Jimmy Hall, instructs and encourages you to “share your faith the easy way.” We commit to reaching neighbors, co-workers, and friends. Sharing the Gospel begins right here. Opportunities are available for everyone to reach others with the good news of the Gospel.  Contact Pastor Jimmy Hall by phone (919.575.3414) or by e-mail for more details about Bible Baptist’s Outreach Ministry.

Additionally, we seek to serve within our church family through our CARE team program and Welcome team. Learn more about the CARE team here and Welcome team here.

Reaching the world from Creedmoor, NC

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
— Matthew 28:19

At Bible Baptist Church it is our desire to do that by impacting the entire world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. This task is accomplished by faithfully praying for and supporting missionaries from every continent.

Bible Baptist supports approximately 100 missionaries all over the world who are involved in Preaching the Gospel, Home Missions, Medical and Church Planting. Another way that we accomplish this goal is through short term missions trips for both adults and our teen ministry.

For more information about our ministry or these missionary opportunities, you may contact any pastor.

It is the vision and desire of our church to shine the light of hope – here at home and in the far reaches of the world!

Classes meet at 9:15. Bible Baptist Sunday school classes take the truth of God’s Word and bring it to life – your life.  Whatever your age or stage in life, there’s a place for you and every member of your family. Led by gifted teachers, each Sunday school class is designed to help you grow as a believer, have victory in your daily walk with the Lord, and serve Him with your gifts and talents.  You’ll also make friends – people who will encourage you, rejoice with you, and pray for you.

  • Classes for Adults: No matter your age or stage of life, there’s a class that will challenge, refresh, and encourage you.
  • Classes for Children and Students: Age-appropriate teaching for nursery children through college students is available at 9:15

For more information about Bible Baptist Sunday school classes, contact the church office by phone (919.575.3414) or by e-mail.

Music is a vital part of our worship at Bible Baptist Church.  Our music is traditional and conservative, yet exciting and uplifting. You may participate in our music ministry in the following ways:

Congregational singing – We love to sing the time-honored hymns of the faith as well as various newer songs and choruses.

Adult choir – The adult choir provides God-honoring, soul-stirring music in the Sunday morning and evening worship services. Choir practice is held on Sunday evenings from 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm in the church auditorium. Members of Bible Baptist Church 9th grade and older may join the adult choir.

Teen Choir – Our teen choir meets at 6:30 on Wednesdays and sings every other month. Bible Baptist Youth from 6th grade through 12th grade are welcome to participate.

Children’s Choirs – Our Discipletown children as well as our Pewee and Patch clubs provide special music periodically.

Special Music – There are many opportunities for special music. Vocal and instrumental groups and soloists minister in all of our services.

For more information about our music ministry, please contact Pastor Stephen Stockton.

student ministry

The Upper Room is the Bible Baptist Student Ministry, and also the location of most youth meetings.

At Bible Baptist, we believe that our youth are the future of our church. A strong student ministry is vital to the growth and development of a teenager. The teenage years are physically, emotionally, and spiritually challenging, and it is imperative to address the special needs of this age group. Bible Baptist’s student ministry strives to support teens (and parents) as they navigate these exciting, and sometimes confusing, years.

Spiritually, the teens are provided with a Sunday school class and special Wednesday evening services that can deal with the issues that are pertinent to them. A devotional challenge is given at each teen activity to help them further reinforce their beliefs, and to provide a salvation challenge for anyone who might not yet have accepted Christ.

Activities are planned to provide social growth and interaction. These include such fun activities as bowling, miniature golf, scavenger hunts, gym night, game night, and much, much more. Summer camp and a winter ski trip are two of the exciting “big” activities that provide both fun and the opportunities for concentrated spiritual growth. Further, the students within this ministry are encouraged to expand their capabilities by serving in Vacation Bible School, helping with Children’s church, and by going out into the community on visitation. Yearly missions trips provide teens the opportunity to develop a burden for the needs of the world.
